Inspired by the symbolic “Tree of Life,” the family’s celebration unfolded across two days of immersive, nature-infused design. 360D brought this vision to life with layered textures, living materials, and a custom-built tree that physically and emotionally grounded the space. Edison bulbs floated between layered fabrics, casting warm light across chrome and glass accents that reflected the surrounding greenery. Every table, every swing-hung food station, every floral gesture was a seamless extension of the theme—evoking growth, legacy, and joy. From a starlit dinner to a sun-drenched luncheon, the environment shifted but stayed rooted in its story, offering guests a feeling of both transformation and continuity. The family’s continued collaboration with 360D is a testament to the power of thoughtful, symbol-driven design.
For The Nature Conservancy’s donor cultivation event at the Art Institute of Chicago, 360D transformed a networking reception and keynote program into a multi-sensory experience designed to engage, educate, and inspire. Strategically placed, sustainably sourced exhibits paired wildlife photography with immersive audio and interactive storytelling—drawing guests into TNC’s global mission through sight, sound, and touch. Each installation used authentic materials and curated props to deepen emotional connection, while directional soundscapes transported guests into the environments they were supporting. A layered seating design supported clear sightlines during the program, allowing the evening to move seamlessly from discovery to impact. The content and environmental design proved so effective, it was repurposed globally—an example of how thoughtful storytelling and space can drive both engagement and long-term brand value.
At The SHED NYC —a striking and industrial venue—360D reimagined the IRC’s Global Benefit Dinner into a vibrant expression of the organization's global reach and urgent mission. Working closely with the IRC team, we drew on the power of their photography and typography to craft a highly branded environment that brought warmth and purpose to concrete walls. Lightboxes, projections, and a custom angled headline ticker suspended over the cocktail reception guided the visual identity across the night, while layered design cues maintained cohesion across both social and programmatic moments. Every element of the space was choreographed to reinforce IRC’s message: urgent, human, and global. The transformation of the venue left a lasting impression, strengthening a creative partnership that continues to grow.
The bride and groom’s wedding was a study in intentional elegance—deeply personal, thoughtfully structured, and emotionally resonant. 360D helped shape every moment, from the nostalgic arrival at a quaint church to a reception that flowed effortlessly beneath a beloved tree in the family’s backyard. The space was choreographed for connection, with the dance floor anchoring the tented environment and carefully hidden rigging preserving the integrity of the architecture. By day, chiffon-draped sunlight gave the space a dreamlike quality; by night, bursts of star-like light echoed the joy in the room. The design avoided the formulaic in favor of the meaningful, resulting in a wedding that felt intimate yet expansive—an experience guests described as unforgettable.
For Ad Council’s Annual Benefit Dinner, 360D partnered with this historic and powerful organization to redefine the room’s layout and energy by placing the action center stage—literally. Hosting over 1,500 guests in an in-the-round configuration for the first time, we designed a spatial flow that brought intimacy and momentum to a vast space. The program opened with the pulse of a Brooklyn youth marching band and carried through to major performances and speakers, with thoughtful transitions and custom lighting that wrapped the entire room in brand language. Screens and satellite stages ensured continuous engagement, while the design balanced technical sophistication with warmth. The result was an evening that deepened connection, celebrated impact, and set a new benchmark for Ad Council’s annual tradition.
For the 10th anniversary of the 9/11 Memorial & Museum’s opening and in partnership with the institution, together we reimagined the Benefit Dinner with a clear, cohesive vision. Drawing on 17 years of partnership, we crafted an uplifting and deeply emotional experience grounded in reverence. A skyward motif—anchored by the theme Wings of Valor—informed every element, from a soaring 40' portrait screen to cloudlike floral treatments and radial table layouts that reshaped the room’s flow. Original content, filmed and produced by 360D, interpreted the Museum’s architecture through an inspiring lens, creating a seamless blend of story, space, and feeling that resonated with every guest in the room.
