We just started using this fabulous app called Event Check-in (by ORM Pro) and love it! It makes arrivals so much smoother and the guest list management couldn”t be easier.
Once the guest list is imported via excel it can be adjusted and updated directly from the onsite ipads along with real time information on how many have arrived and VIP status. The app is so intuitive, onsite training is almost nothing!
Multiple ipads are linked via wifi, searching for names couldn”t be easier AND any of the ipads give real time reporting of how many guests have and have not arrived as well as who has or has not checked in. Get it at the iTunes Store: EASY BREEZY!
